During this time of reflection toward the end of the year, I am reminded of my partnerships with colleagues and friends in the field who inspire me every day. Dr. Mayra Austin, a Latina woman, Dr. Sarai Koo, a Korean-American woman, and I—a Black woman—carry a unique perspective informed by our backgrounds and cultures.
We’ve come together, bonded by a shared purpose, yet each bringing something irreplaceable to our discussions and work on corporate culture. This diversity among us isn’t just about ethnicity; it enriches our dialogues, widens our approach, and keeps us engaged in continuous learning.
