Laboring for justice can be exhausting, especially when the work feels endless. But love for justice helps sustain us through the difficult moments. Overcoming fatigue requires us to focus on real, substantive change rather than superficial efforts.

Many organizations have made commitments to DEI, but sustaining these efforts requires more than public statements—it demands ongoing accountability and genuine actions. Love is what motivates us to push past performative diversity efforts and ensure inclusion and belonging are at the forefront.

As we continue our journey of laboring for justice, remember that love for the cause and for the people we serve keeps us moving forward. Renewing our commitment to building a more just world by nurturing our energy and focusing on meaningful, lasting change is the way forward.
